How inquiry contact details are used when buyers submit product requirements to Kailing.
When you send an inquiry, we receive the contact and product details you enter, such as your name, company, country or region, email or phone, model, quantity, working conditions and message. You may also provide links to drawings or other documents. The inquiry record includes its source page, language, submission time and browser user-agent.
Inquiry records are saved in the website inquiry backend and used in the sales follow-up workflow to understand requirements, prepare quotations, share catalog information and discuss technical details. The form uses validation and duplicate-submission protection to protect inquiry delivery. These functions remain available when optional analytics is rejected.
Google Analytics and our visitor page / document-download statistics are enabled only after you accept analytics. Before you choose, and when you reject, the site does not load its Google Analytics tag or send visitor behaviour events. If accepted, analytics may record visited pages, browser / device information and actions such as opening product links, downloading documents or clicking contact options. Our custom event payloads exclude the name, email, phone and message supplied in the RFQ.
A first-party klqd_analytics_consent cookie remembers your analytics choice for up to 180 days. A localStorage preference helps synchronize changes between tabs; it contains the choice, version and date, not an advertising identifier. With consent, Google Analytics uses _ga and _ga_ cookies; this site's tag limits their lifetime to 180 days. Rejecting or withdrawing removes these site analytics cookies and stops further analytics collection. Previously collected information is not automatically erased by withdrawing.
Use the Privacy choices button on any page to accept or reject analytics, or change a previous choice. Browsing, document downloads and sending inquiries do not require analytics consent. If the browser cannot save a choice, it applies to the current page and will be requested again after a refresh.
The site is hosted through Cloudflare, which processes network request information to deliver and protect the website. Server request / crawler totals and counts of successfully received inquiries are operational records, separate from consented visitor analytics and not measures of qualified sales leads. Google processes accepted Google Analytics data. Documents opened on external websites follow those websites' privacy practices.
Buyer contact details are not displayed publicly or used in public case pages without authorization. For questions about an inquiry record, including a request to correct or delete information, use the published Contact sales page to reach Kailing. The sales contact is the available route for forwarding your request.
